Welcome to the Central Michigan Rural Health Network
The Central Michigan Rural (CMR) Health Network’s mission is to work collectively to improve the health of and promote wellness among the community members in the central Michigan region. The CMR Health Network includes health care providers, academic institutions that offer health professions programs, and health and social needs organizations. Expanding upon efforts of the Together We Can health improvement initiative started in 2010, the CMR Health Network was created in June 2015 under a grant provided by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Office of Rural Health Policy.
