Confidential STI Testing and Care Services

CMDHD offers confidential testing for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, and hepatitis C, along with treatment and/or referrals to care. Our services are available at low or no cost to ensure everyone has access to the care they need. We also provide free safer sex supplies to all.

Regular Testing is Important

​If you're sexually active, it's recommended to get tested regularly for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV. We offer STI and HIV counseling, testing, and treatment, with no parental consent required for individuals 13 years and older.

• Hepatitis C Treatment: Available at all six of our health department locations. We can also help connect you with an external provider if needed.

• PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis): Learn more about our HIV prevention services and see if you're eligible for PrEP medication.

• Reproductive Health: We offer birth control, pregnancy testing, reproductive exams, and STI treatment.

• Disease Intervention Specialists (DIS) Our specialists work with individuals diagnosed with syphilis or HIV, providing testing, treatment, and anonymous partner notification.
